Powering the future of food trucks

Slow River Coffee Loses the Generator Hum

The opportunity

For the first six years of operation, Sid Gauby and the Slow River Coffee truck relied on an inline diesel generator to provide power to his equipment. And, he requires A LOT of electricity, thanks to his espresso machine and coffee brewer pulling 220V each. On the hunt for a better solution that was environmentally friendly and cost-effective, Sid found Joule Case.
