WHY DID YOU START A FOOD TRUCK?
Wanted to serve high quality coffee to our community.
WHAT'S ON YOUR FOOD TRUCK MENU? WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS CUISINE?
Espresso based drinks, teas, and baked goods.
WHAT'S THE BEST PART OF BEING A FOOD TRUCK OPERATOR?
The ability to be mobile.
WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH JOULE CASE AND YOUR NEW BATTERY SYSTEM?
When we built our first coffee trailer it was a generator system. It didn’t take long before we knew we wanted to convert it to a Joule Case battery system and it has been a true game changer, especially when it comes to weddings. We fell in love with the building process and now primarily build off-grid coffee trucks for clients across the United States.
WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND YOUR TRUCK/MENU?
We just wanted to serve a great product from a cool looking vintage trailer.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO ANOTHER FOOD TRUCK OWNER/OPERATOR?
Be prepared to wear many hats.
WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE TO USE JOULE CASE AND A BATTERY SYSTEM TO POWER YOUR OPERATION?
I wanted a simpler set up and to eliminate the noise of the generator. I wanted others to see it is possible.
